Frequently Asked Questions

What vaccinations are required?+
All dogs must be current on Rabies, Bordetella, and DHPP vaccines. We require proof from your vet before the first visit.
What are your drop-off and pickup hours?+
Drop-off is 7am–10am and pickup is 3pm–7pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend hours are 8am–10am drop-off and 3pm–5pm pickup.
Can I tour the facility before booking?+
Absolutely! We love showing off our space. Call or message us to schedule a quick tour — we'd love to meet you and your pup.
How are dogs grouped for play?+
We group dogs by size and temperament to keep play safe and fun. Small dogs always play separately from large dogs.
What if my dog has never been to daycare before?+
No problem! We offer a free Meet & Greet so your pup can get comfortable with the space and our team before their first full day.
Do you accept dogs in heat or unneutered males?+
We welcome all dogs! Unneutered males and females in heat are kept in separate play groups for everyone's comfort and safety.
